Power is the Route of all-night clubbing

Route Nightclub, the hotspot in Colchester's Queen Street, has just installed an unadulterated 25,000 watts of glass-shattering, body-popping, music power. The bespoke speaker system, designed by George Krampera at KV2, is driven by Biamp's Audia Solo DSP from beyerdynamic (GB). We contacted James Braybrooke at the club who explained that they needed a system to control four specific zones - the dance floor, a stage for live shows, the exclusive VIP lounge, and a private function room - all of which require individual sound management. "Nothing else we tried was as user-friendly", says James. " It's versatile and very easy to operate."
The complete audio setup was installed by Jerry Denning of Scan Warehouse who says, "we tested several top name digital sound processors with the KV2 system and the Solo worked straight away. It was totally transparent, delivering superb sound quality with minimum setup." Seems as if they were just made for each other!
