	New from biamp– the AudiaSOLO.... beyerdynamic UK have announced the availability of the new AudiaSOLO™ from BIAMP in the UK for immediate delivery at a price point that will make DSP multi-function platforms applicable to smaller installations and a within the reach of a much wider user base. Based on the highly successful AUDIA™ system, AudiaSOLO has been designed for stand-alone applications that require a high level of DSP capability but do not require the audio networking capability of the original AUDIA system. AudiaSOLO will give smaller venues a level of high quality audio processing and remote control well beyond what is available with discreet boxes; and what is more once it is set, it’s fiddle proof. AudiaSOLO comes in three input and output configurations: 12 x 4, 4 x1 2, and 8 x 8 and the intuitive Windows® based software allows audio system design configuration via the Network TCP/IP port of a PC. This includes the selection, viewing, and calibration of a full complement of audio processing components including mixers, combiners, matrixes, equalisers, filters, crossovers, dynamics, routers, delays, remote controls, meters, noise generators and diagnostics. Once a system design is created, it is downloaded into AudiaSOLO. Addition, removal and adjustment of processing blocks can be made at any time when the control PC is connected. After the configuration has been downloaded the PC is removed and only the applications assigned to control panels will be active. All other variable elements of the system cannot be accessed directly leaving the system is a secure state without the problems associated with unauthorised adjustment. AudiaSOLO can be controlled via third-party systems including CUE System®, AMX® or Crestron® via LAN, WAN,Internet and/or via dedicated AUDIA remote control panels.
