beyerdynamic launch Touring Gear, a complete NEW range of products for the stage.
Touring Gear represents a whole new chapter in microphone innovation for beyerdynamic.  There are four categories in the TG (Touring Gear) series of live microphones TG30, TG50, TG70 and TG90.  The TG series includes (V) Vocal, (H) Headset, (L) Lavalier, (D) Drum and (I) Instrument microphones and all models feature beyerdynamic’s new Sound Channelling Technology.

To achieve that unique, natural beyerdynamic sound, beyerdynamic has been developing and refining its Sound Channelling Technology for decades.  The beyerdynamic acoustic experts have created acoustic labyrinths with special geometries that provide optimised sound channelling.  They influence the sound and model the polar pattern by using precisely tuned delay lines and attenuation pads.  Every beyerdynamic microphone has its own Sound Channelling Technology to ensure optimal control of the sound waves, resulting in optimum sound.
TouringGear- The Four Categories:

TG 30: The TG 30 series is the perfect introduction into the world of beyerdynamic.  An entry level series that can produce large beyerdynamic sound within a small budget.

TG 50: The TG 50 models, with their high quality and outstanding sound, are sure to impress – not only with their technical and tonal characteristics, but also with their looks.  The TG 50 series covers all applications related to the stage – from vocals, instruments and drums to headsets and lavalier microphones.  TG 50 is the standard Touring Gear series with truly premium performance.

TG 70: The TG 70 series microphones go one step further with advanced technical characteristics and higher quality materials for superior sound.  Attention to detail was paramount in the design and manufacturing of all the TG series microphones resulting in first-class microphones handcrafted in Germany.

TG 90: The TG 90 is the flagship Touring Gear microphone range.  Finely crafted microphones that are beyond comparison in design and sound quality, the TG 90 models are high-end, handcrafted in Germany for users who are looking for the ultimate in microphone performance.  The TG 90 series includes the unique TGV90r ribbon microphone and the TG V96c true condenser microphone for live vocal applications. The performance of the TG 90 series fulfils the most demanding requirements on the stage.
