Australian Monitor continued their digital expansion with the debut of several new digital products to eager crowds at Integrated Systems Europe (ISE). Visitors enjoyed live demonstrations of the Australian Monitor AV Revolution DSP, Zone Revolution DSP and the exciting AMD Digital Mixer Amplifiers. The Australian Monitor AV Revolution DSP is packed with processing power for applications ranging from lecture theatres, boardrooms, function rooms and systems requiring room-combining capabilities. With accessories such as the remote ICON Control Panels and optional CobraNet card (available May 2010), the AV Revolution also offers a combination of mono mic/line inputs and stereo program sources, as well as balanced line outputs across five zones. Whether used for simple signal processing or more complex source routing applications, the AV Revolution offers all of the flexibility you could need. It’s simple to use and extremely intuitive software will have you wondering why DSP hasn’t been done like this before. The AV Revolution is now shipping. Visitors also enjoyed experiencing live demonstrations of the Australian Monitor Zone Revolution DSP. Designed as a stereo zoning solution for the bar and club market, the Zone Revolution with a combination of stereo and mono outputs, has the flexibility to handle most foreground and background processing applications. Larger zoned installations can be achieved by linking two Zone Revolutions for up to six stereo zones. Add the flexibility of incorporating ICON Control Panels as well as the sleek and stylish ICON Paging Microphone and you have all bases covered. The Zone Revolution DSP will be available in May 2010. ISE has always been known for its innovative technology and Australia Monitor did not disappoint with their new Australian Monitor AMD Series Amplifiers. Combining Class D digital amplification with simple remote control via our ICON Control Panel*, the AMD Series Amplifiers will take the humble mixer amplifier to a whole new level. If that’s not enough, the AMD Series Amplifiers are the perfect space saving solution in a 1RU chassis. Whether your application calls for constant voltage or low impedance amplification, AMD is the solution for you. The on-board DSP provides remote source selection and volume control via a stylish end-user GUI. Processor adjustments like limiting, delay and parametric EQ for acoustically challenging environments are available and all Revolution products can be integrated with a third party control system. The AMD Series of Mixer and Power Amplifiers have the complete solution and will be available late in the second quarter of 2010. *DSP processing optional on booster AMD booster amplifiers.
