Polar Audio is proud to be exhibiting a number of new products at this year’s PLASA show, including a range from the latest addition to the Polar family, Australian Monitor.

Polar Audio will feature live demonstrations of the latest in digital networked audio from across its product portfolio, highlighting products from Aviom, MC², XTA, Biamp and many other manufacturers.  New products being showcased include, from beyerdynamic, the Opus 600 system and additions to the Revoluto conference system range, from Biamp, the RED-1 Remote Ethernet Device, Dynacord’s DSA Series amplifiers, ASL’s Digital Intercom system and a host of new products from XTA and MC² Audio. 

AV Revolution is a 1U rackmout processor and has applications ranging from the boardroom and theatre to room combining and audio routing.  Optional remote wall panels, Crestron or other third party control and lightning fast processing power make the AV Revolution a perfect solution for even the most demanding AV installation.

System Revolution multi-zone paging and source routing is both easy to use and extremely powerful. The new concept paging stations and wall panel remotes provide flexibility and simplicity to this expandable control system.

beyerdynamic: Opus 600 Wireless Microphone System:

Biamp: RED-1 Remote Ethernet Device-
RED-1 Remote Ethernet Device is a remote control for Biamp Audia® and Nexia® systems. It offers a simple, intuitive interface for end users and can be installed and configured to fit the unique needs of a particular application. The device connects via standard CAT-5/6/7 cabling and is powered over Ethernet, eliminating the need for custom cabling and local power sources. Multiple remote control panels can be connected over large distances using standard network technology.

Aviom: Pro16 and Pro64 Series – Digital Snakes

Dynacord: DSA Series Multi Channel Amplifiers

The DSA series comprises three models - the DSA8405 (4x 500Watts), DSA8410 (4x 1000Watts) and DSA8805 (8x 500Watts).  Designed for fixed installations these amplifiers offer very high-efficiency, stable output power and outstanding performance.   Each multi-channel amplifier offers unparalleled flexibility owing to their unique Variable Load Drive (VLD) technology.  The amplifiers’ Variable Load Drive technology provides the ability to switch the mode of each power-amp channel and can be individually configured to deliver a maximum power of 500Watts or 1000Watts into any load from 2 to 10 ohms.

The amplifier can drive 70 or 100Volts rms loudspeaker lines directly without an output transformer thus making the DSA multi-channel amplifier series flexible and extremely cost effective. An optional remote control module RCM-810 is available for further functionality, introducing a wealth of possibilities including integration with IRIS-Net™ which allows remote control configuration and supervision (including: power On/Off, power on delay, mute, variable load drive and load supervision for each channel).

XTA Electronics launch four major new products.

DC1048 integrated audio management system with matrix mixing and full DSP functions.  With all control removed from the front panel, except preset recall, and rear panel Phoenix connectors.

It is ideally suited to the Sound Contractor.  NXBoB8/16 breakout boxes provide 8 or 16 channels of analogue audio from Dante networks on XLR connectors. 

DCBob8/16 breakout boxes provide 8 or 16 channels of analogue audio from Cobranet, Dante or Ethersound networks on Phoenix connectors.
