During meetings, discussions or tribunals, minutes are regularly taken to keep a lasting record of the proceedings- this can be both time consuming and expensive to produce if you have to task a person to do this for you. We offer a cost effective tool to simplify this task Steno S. With fast data access you can record the audio from your meeting and annotate directly onto a time lined interface logging everything that has happened directly when it occurs. Saving data to a hard disk, copies can be transferred throughout a network for storage and playback with ease. With the added ability to create CD's containing both notes and audio transcripts immediately during proceedings, Steno S can create immediate backup copies ensuring nothing is ever missed.
With Steno-S you can write your agenda with Microsoft Word®. You can enter the items into an agenda, list the participants, and log everything into a lasting transcript.
You can copy and paste your agenda from Microsoft Word® and use it as prepared markers during the meeting. During your discussion as the items of the agenda are dealt with, decisions are made, questions are asked, remarks and suggestions are put down, open questions are clarified every thing is logged.
When your meeting is over you can stop the recording and burn a CD-ROM of it or put it as a file into your network. You can also include PowerPoint presentations, files such as Excel or others in your recording. All the participants of the meeting can immediately receive a copy on CDs to recall it at any time. Depending on the sample rate (high/low) or compression factor you can record up to 18 hrs of Audio with annotation onto a CD-R.
